Nuclear Buyers Guide: 22 companies presenting their products & services | more

Following its initial publication in 2025, the association is now presenting the new Nuclear Buyers Guide in a fully updated edition that includes additional companies.

The Nuclear Buyers Guide is written in English and is aimed at European plant operators and companies in the nuclear technology sector who want to tap into the expertise that German companies have built up over decades. Twenty-two suppliers of nuclear components, decommissioning services, IT solutions, and other products and services present themselves on individual pages with a company profile and their corresponding service portfolio. This compendium, which is available exclusively in digital form, thus provides an international target group with comprehensive insights into the diversity of German companies that specialize in products and services for the nuclear energy industry. “Above all, it highlights the many years of experience and expertise in the safe operation and efficient decommissioning of nuclear facilities. The Nuclear Buyers Guide creates an interface between European operators in the nuclear energy sector and the highly specialized German nuclear technology industry,” explains Dr. Lena Jentjens, Head of the Nuclear Department at the vgbe energy.

Companies participating in the Nuclear Buyers Guide benefit in two ways: The guide is widely distributed digitally and made available free of charge to an international industry audience via networks and committees. This results in promising contacts and potential partnerships. Those who present themselves in the Buyers Guide also have the opportunity to participate in selected expert workshops organized by the vgbe association—an option that is normally reserved for member companies. Several companies in the Nuclear Buyers Guide have already taken advantage of this opportunity and participated, for example, in the recent expert workshop “Focus on Pollutants.” The next expert workshop in June will focus on small modular reactors (SMR). Participants in the Nuclear Buyers Guide receive all information about workshops and networking events in an info mail sent several times a year.

The digital publication allows companies in the industry to be included in the guide at any time. Interested parties can contact the specialist department at the following email address: vgbe-nuclear@vgbe.energy.
