The language portfolio of the VGBE-Standard VGB-S-002-03 “Technical and Commercial Key Indicators for Power Plants” has been extended by a further edition in Latvian.
The VGBE Standard VGB-S-002-03 is used for the technical and commercial assessment of power plants. In addition, this standard can be used to estimate price effects and legal requirements on power plant operation.
Apart from the German, English, French and Portuguese versions, a Latvian edition is now also available. The Standard was translated by the experts of the vgbe member Latvenergo. Various content-related questions within the scope of the translation process were answered by members of the internationally staffed vgbe TG “Performance Indicators”.
Thanks to the successful cooperation within the vgbe community, this VGBE-Standard can now be additionally distributed across Europe. We highly appreciate that this kind of cooperation will continue and that another VGBE-Standard dealing with definitions for hydropower plants can also be offered in Latvian in the future.
