This includes the technical, economic, and regulatory challenges that operators have identified in using hydrogen from gas turbine plants.<\/p>\n<p>In assessing H2 readiness, the following subsystems are considered, taking into account the H2 readiness development stages (L0-L3):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gas distribution<\/li>\n<li>Fuel gas system between gas feed, compressor, mixer, fuel gas block to fuel quick-acting valve (SSV)<\/li>\n<li>Combustion system and gas turbine<\/li>\n<li>Exhaust gas system including waste heat steam generator<\/li>\n<li>I&amp;C and machine protection<\/li>\n<li>Fire and
